This policy of not accepting responsibility for lost items is absurd. I have ordered twice and have received nothing from you. You gladly accepted my paypal payment, but I received no products.

If you live in the United States be very wary of ordering from this website. I have sent numerous emails to Sue and have not received a response since I first told her that my order did not arrive.

I was only looking for 1 piece of paper and could not resist the wonderful kit I bought which also featured the paper I was after. I can now make at least 3 wonderful layouts from my kit and the original piece of paper. Thanks so much :D

OMG! The monthly kits are soo beautiful. I LOVE Websters Pages......... Wish I didn't live so far away & I could come to a crop:-(

Just wanted to thank you Sue for such a gorgeous kit for our retreat. I also love what Steph has designed for it. I can't wait to see the girls' faces when the open the kits up.

I can not praise Sue highly enough. Her kits are EXCEPTIONAL; the quality is second to none and the service Crafty Stash provide is brilliant: prompt despatch, good packaging and lovely personal touch.
